# Return & Refund Policy

At **Celebrista**, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy applies to purchases made through **celebrista.shop**.

## Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.

## Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns for personalized, custom-made, final-sale, gift-card, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or clearly used items. Please check the product page before ordering.

## Starting a Return

Email **support@celebrista.com** with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Do not send products back before receiving written return instructions. If your return is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service for higher-value returns.

## Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will email you our decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective item.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact **support@celebrista.com** within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue.

## Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need another item, request a return for the eligible original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
